I love you with my
hands tied, my mouth silenced
with only my eyes beseeching
to let it speak
the unspoken sorrow of the dumb heart

I express and you know
in inexplainable angers
and unreasonable longings

The heart throbs in jealousy
when u pull someone near
in a playful embrace
and smile mischeviously with
the magnetic eyes of yours

I yearn to be appreciated
and search for it
in your winsome smile

I cherish the heartful chats
and think of you in those
lonely evenings
and want your hands to hold mine
in silent reassurance....!!

Lost in your Eyes...!

I look into your eyes
and lose myself
As if I have looked at the sky
and keep wondering at its immense depths

Though not blue, it has
the tantalising invite of the refreshing ocean
calling me to plunge into it and
come out rejuvenated...

The spark in them
like two stars have decided to dwell there forever
brighteneing me with their warm brilliance

A tranquil I experience
like I am in the deep woods
and sit near a crystal clear gurgling stream

What magic do your eyes hold?
the more I look into them
I lose myself
and find a happier me...!!!

Life's lessons

I walk on an unpaved road....

towards a dreamy destination

Uncertainly putting some trembling steps...
and some steps confidently....

Some people come my way
like a cool breeze

I wish it stays...

But I realise the breeze is not for me...
It is a mirage...
haunting me with its artificiality...

Though the mind knows evrything,
it comes under the sway of the heart

and tries to clutch on the mirage and
I fall down....

I love it as it is enticing and
also hate it as it does not exist for me...

I let my thoughts wander with the sun scorching me
thirsting for a bit of water and every drop feels like elixir

I feel like a dog being made to run around for
a piece of a biscuit called love

I realise I am human and
I have some tasks unfinished and
some goals unreached...

The breeze shall flow...
I do not want to be touched anymore
by its illusion...
